Who I Actually Am

I've spent the last 10+ years in the day-to-day operations side of a business, working in the middle of accounting, payroll, and back-office systems where things either hold together or start to break down. In 2017, I took over a legacy Sage setup and, by the end of 2019, migrated and rebuilt the full AR, AP, and payroll structure into QuickBooks Online.

I don't just use QuickBooks. I like figuring out how to make it actually work with the rest of the business. That has included building custom integrations between QBO and tools like FedEx and Power BI to reduce silos, clean up handoffs, and create workflows that are easier to manage.

I've backed that up with QuickBooks Bookkeeping and ProAdvisor certifications, along with additional training in AI and advanced Excel. What matters more to me, though, is building systems people can actually use and maintain without everything falling back into chaos.
